While we strive to provide the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results for all treatments. Depending on your unique skin profile, additional sessions or touch-ups may be necessary.

By making a payment for any procedure, you acknowledge and accept that refunds are not available, and you waive the right to request reimbursement for any payments made. All procedures are also non-transferable and non-assignable.

Refund Evaluation:

Pachouli Spree reserves the right to assess refund requests at its sole discretion, considering the relevant details and documentation provided by the client. We maintain the authority to either approve or deny refund claims, in whole or in part, on a case-by-case basis.

Deductions:

If payments were made through third-party financing or installment plans, any approved refunds may be subject to deductions based on the terms of your agreement with the provider. Additionally, deductions may include payment gateway fees or any delivery charges incurred.
